The Icelandic Association is happy to announce we will hold a summer picnic at Lake Accotink Park in Fairfax VA on Sunday August 21 from 1-4PM.
We will have Icelandic hot dogs and candy on hand, and we also encourage guests to bring a side-dish to share.

We were also able to secure a permit for alcoholic beverages, so please feel free to BYOB (bring your own beverages).

Special Guests
And we are very much looking forward to having a special guest, Rachel Seratte of Avian Encounters, who will present her education program on birds of prey, and will bring with her several of her birds. Should be fun!
