As we have previously informed members, the Board decided to postpone the annual meeting until it could be held in person. It is usually held in April, but meeting in person is impossible at this time, and a teleconference or zoom meeting was not deemed adequate. We will let members know when we can conduct the meeting in person. Until then, the current Board remains in place.
